    Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.
    Payment by credit card can be done during the online registration process. No credit card fee will be charged. You will get a confirmation of registration and payment afterwards via email. For paying by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice including all payment details via email. All bank charges have to be covered by the delegate

    In case of cancellation of the registration or cancellation of single bookings received.
    • Cancellation notice received before 31 January, 2024 : 100% refund
    • Cancellation notice received between 1 February, 2024 to 22 March, 2024: 50% refund
    • Cancellation notice received from 23 March 2024: no refund

    No refund will be made in case of non-appearance.

    All registration changes and cancellations have to be communicated to Insight Outside in written form, i.e. via email, regular mail. The time at which the written cancellation is received by Insight Outside is deemed to be the time of cancellation.
