    Gala Dinner :
    The Gala dinner is NOT included in the registration fees. Participants who wish to attend the conference dinner are requested to purchase the ticket upon registration.

    Important : April 26th will be dedicated to the European Federation of Associations of Patients with Haemochromatosis (EFAPH) meeting.

  • Payment

    The following payment methods are accepted :
    Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.
    Payment by credit card can be done during the online registration process. No credit card fee will be charged. You will get a confirmation of registration and payment afterwards via email. For paying by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice including all payment details via email.

    Please NOTE: All bank charges should be covered by participants.

  • Cancellation policy 

    In case of cancellation of the registration or cancellation of single bookings received.
     
    • Cancellation notice received before 31 January, 2024 : 100% refund
    • Cancellation notice received between 1 February, 2024 to 22 March, 2024: 50% refund
    • Cancellation notice received from 23 March 2024: no refund

    No refund will be made in case of non-appearance.
    All registration changes and cancellations have to be communicated to Insight Outside in written form, i.e. via email, regular mail. The time at which the written cancellation is received by Insight Outside is deemed to be the time of cancellation.

  • Data processing

    The information entered into this registration form will be subject to computer processing by Insight Outside. It is processed by computer for INSERM in order to manage the logistic organisation of EIC 2024.
